About the Project:
Located in a newly developed sub division in Kleinburg, this home received a full backyard makeover utilizing every inch of space given. Fiberglass pool with seating and lighting, Elevated patios to compensate for the drastic grade change and out door fire place and spa are just to name a few features.
A nice clean and sleek stair case with pathway lighting welcomes you down into this space. The walkout basement area is protected by a weatherproof over head deck. This will assure you keep dry when enjoying the outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi.
Our team installed a 16 x 32 Fiberglass pool with corner steps, Benching and lighting. This pool does not feature a “deep end” as it is recommend for a family with smaller children who still want to enjoy the pool with their family and friends.
Lucious gardens surround the property containing a mixture of trees, shrubs, grasses and landscape lighting.
Stepping down we have a small and cozy fire pit section that was created utilizing our elevate patio as a seating bench.
Site Challenges:
- Walkout basement create a large slope into the backyard, making the access for pool excavation and material haulage much more difficult.
- A support post for the overhead deck needed to be removed and re located to install our jacuzzi beneath the deck.
- Maintaining proper drainage by elevating the pool and patio to create a flat living space due to the steep slopes of this property.
