Position summary
Do you have a desire to be part of creating award winning luxury landscapes and pools, while earning $100K – $150K+. The #1 Luxury landscape and pool, design and build firm in the GTA and Toronto is looking for an experienced construction professional to fill our field project manager position! The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing all aspects of construction from the pre-site inspection, scheduling and managing sub trades, right through to the final hand over of the project and completing the closing package with our clients. The PM is the liaison between the customer and the sub-trades and helps to coordinate all sub-contractor activities to complete each phase of construction. Sets schedule/construction timeline on all jobs. Resolves any conflicts in scheduling; corrects any miscommunications and maintains relationships with contractors to ensure production is able to move forward.
Each LandCon customer will be assigned a PM, who will be the day-to-day company contact person for their backyard project. PM’s will be knowledgeable in all phases of landscaping, pool construction, carpentry and management. He/she must be able to manage and instruct crews to accomplish the desired end result in accordance with the product quality standards established by LandCon.

 

Wages
– Salary with commissions ability to generate $100K – $150K+
