About the Project:

A full front to back makeover was requested by these homeowners in Mississauga.

We started off by completing a massive deck expansion. This deck expansion was finished in premium Aztek vinyl boarders. A outdoor kitchen island was created with top of the line BBQ and appliances. This BBQ island was wrapped in premium black aluminum fascia to ensure no corrosion or wear from the weather and elements over time. A cozy fire pit lounge area was created to sit and enjoy the view of this wonderful space. We used a frameless glass railing system to have no viewing obstructions.

A large modular paver patio was created and surrounded by luscious full gardens along with a fresh new grass lawn. Dining and seating areas under the deck are protected from the weather and elements thanks to a fully sealed roof.

A sunken Northern Spa Hot tub was supplied and installed and surrounded by a 2 tiered elevated Aztek vinyl deck. Step up to the lounge area of this deck and enjoy a uniquely built out door fire place. Wrapped in Premium black aluminum siding. A matching storage shed was created to compliment the structure while adding usable space.

A large modular interlock driveway was installed along with custom planters and privacy décor panels. These décor panels add privacy when wanting to sit and enjoy your time at the front of the house. Each panel illuminates at night making a real eye catcher.

Site Challenges:

Walkout basement required a lot of steps to be installed to compensate for grade changes.
Manufactured stone colors varied and needed to be replaced.
Sinking the hot tub but also making it accessible for service.
