About the Project:
A true transformation.
Our design and build teams brought their vision to life. A modern change room and bar just behind the beautiful lap pool.
The existing deck was re-configured to the new landscape with glass railings to see the new landscape.
A gas fire pit and lots of landscape lighting will make the summer nights a great place for relaxing.
Lots of siting areas, divided into 3 different sections of the backyard, furniture wraps the other side,
Very modern pavers with a natural stone coping around the pool.
We added some artificial grass in between the stepping stones, to give color and a second area to have a place for the kids to play.
We made sure to have mature planting and privacy all around the back yard, this was very important to the client.
The last item was the dark grey paining of the fence, really brought the whole yard together.
Site Challenges
- Access was a big challenge as the neighbors all have tree very close to the shared fence.
- Re- configuring the existing deck to the new landscape.
